Description

Phase 1 - To undertake a survey of the existing Parking zones and consolidate the charging structure, including roads / car parks housing estates within the zone.
Include any moving traffic offences whereby CCTV can be used for enforcement
Identify housing estate parking and implement charges if outside of current zone
Undertake consultation, engagement and implementation.

Phase 2 - To undertake pressure surveys and develop a programme for implementation of new areas. Include any moving traffic offences whereby CCTV can be used for enforcement. Undertake the consultation, engagement and implementation
