The Borough Council of Calderdale invites you to submit a tender for the creation of a district centre at Mixenden Road in Mixenden, Halifax. The creation of the district centre incudes, but is not limited to, creating a hub containing a doctors surgery, a pharmacy and a library and also associated external works including the demolition of an existing library and the construction of a community garden.
