A key enabler to achieving this change is the requirement to increase leadership capability. It is recognised that inspirational leadership is a key enabler to employee engagement and investment is required to measure current capability and up skill leaders through a development programme. The development programme will comprise of core elements to ensure a common language and consistency with a number of optional modules tailored to close individual capability gaps. It is envisaged that coaching will be a key intervention to support individual development as this is seen as a critical requirement to enable a coaching culture to be achieved across the business. NNL is seeking external providers or consortium of providers to potentially design and deliver its core Assessment and Leadership Programme. The ultimate aim of this training is to provide appropriate development for the core skills and attributes identified for NNL leaders to embed the new Values and behaviours.
