Description

Sheffield Galleries & Museums Trust, trading as Museums Sheffield, invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced catering companies for the opportunity to operate the cafes at two of our prestigious sites, Millennium Gallery and Weston Park Museum.
The contract will be for a period of 5 years beginning end of December 2018 and ending December 2023.
The current franchise agreement operates on a commission basis, with Museums Sheffield receiving commission based on a percentage of turnover. We are open to discussions around alternate financial arrangements.
Museums Sheffield also hosts hospitality events at our venues and the cafe operator would have the possibility of generating additional revenue through an additional hospitality catering agreement
