Description
UAL is seeking to commission an independent external evaluation of the Fashion and Technology Emerging Futures project. The requirement is to review all project activity and produce, in line with the England European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Programme 2014 to 2020 Guidance, an independent external evaluation report. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
1. For the avoidance of doubt, the University is not a Contracting Authority or a Public Body for the purposes of the EU Public Procurement Directives and the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, and does not undertake to comply with the requirements therein. The University undertakes to treat all Respondents in this exercise fairly and equally.
2. Please note, tenders must be submitted electronically using the Delta e-sourcing portal only. Tenders submitted via any other means will not be accepted. Variant bids will not be accepted.
