Description

The Council invites quotations for the provision of South Norwood Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan (CAAMP)

Work with the Spatial Planning service to produce a CAAMP.

The following project components must be completed as part of this brief:
Stage 1:
• Historic Research
• On site analysis
• Informal community & stakeholder engagement
• Produce draft CAAMP (including text, graphics, maps and photos, formatted in InDesign)
• Prepare consultation material for statutory public consultation.
Stage 2:
• Participate in statutory pubic consultation (expected to take place in September/October 2021)
• Post-consultation review and finalise draft CAAMP for adoption.


Duration: The duration of the contract is approx. 7 months.
Budget: up to £18,000
