Description

We want to enable staff to improve their understanding, knowledge, skills and confidence and to reflect on how their own and others' behaviours can impact on those around us. The training would include courses for staff and managers (including senior managers/ leadership teams) in three core areas (initially): ED&I Awareness; Unconscious Bias and Cultural Awareness.
