Description

The work that is undertaken by the Stafford Borough Council Streetscene service plays a vital part in the delivery of operational services for the Council. The service which operates 365 days a year is responsible for looking after land maintainable at public expense ensuring they are clean, tidy and attractive. The service also has a responsibility to respond to unforeseen events or incidents at short notice. To achieve this, Streetscene operates a wide range of services from grounds maintenance and street cleansing and cleaning of public conveniences. Streetscene work to deliver the Council's aim to protect and enhance the environment of the Council.

The Council is seeking bidders who can provide and undertake the ongoing maintenance of new and existing Streetscene vehicles.
The Council wishes to establish a Contract(s) for the provision and maintenance of vehicles/plant with one or more qualified organisations. It is intended that a single Provider will be awarded to each lot to provide the services required. In each lot, Tenderers should where possible be able to maintain the full range of Goods.
