Description

University of Greenwich intends to undertake Internal Refurbishment of Cutty Sark Student Residences. the works includes full strip out of the existing areas i.e. private bedrooms and bathroom pods, corridor areas from the flat entrance doors and common/communal areas including but not limited to stairwells, kitchens of staircases of 6 student residential flats comprising of 40, which will be occupied throughout the works. The project is considered to be of medium scale refurbishment works.
