Description
Dudley Council is seeking to procure a highly experienced provider to deliver an excellent high end 'Out of Hours Mobile Response Non Injury Falls' service, within the community of Dudley.
The Council has a duty to provide the provision of a physical response to support the frail, elderly and vulnerable adults who have fallen in their own homes, where established that an ambulatory response is not required for a clinical or medical response.
The Council has developed its services in line with a 'Falls and Prevention Strategy' for Dudley 2015-2017 for the prevention, treatment of falls and fractures and the maintenance of bone health in older people.
Dudley council requires a dynamic provider with a robust structure in place, experienced in providing adult social care. A champion in promoting; empowerment to venerable people, prevention of injury, protection, working in partnership, taking ownership and exercising accountability.
The successful provider will need to demonstrate their ability to support venerable individuals with respect and dignity throughout the contract. They must be confident in their approach to handling challenging situations, managing risk, monitoring and reporting back to the council efficiently. Effective procedures must be in place to execute this service well. Such a provider must be forward thinking and 'Outcome Focussed' with a skilled team and a strong understanding of safeguarding.
Importantly, this provider will need to bring added Social Value aspects to the community of Dudley through their service.
