Description

Cherwell District Council is currently seeking to gauge the interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors/Suppliers who would be interested to tender for the Construction of 14 dwellings in Banbury. The dwellings will consist of:-
o 7 two bedroom affordable houses for rent
o 1 three bedroom affordable house for sale
o 6 one bedroom flats for sale.
The site is situated on the corner of Woodgreen Avenue and The Fairway OX16 0AU known as Admiral Holland.
