Description

On behalf of One Adoption West Yorkshire (OAWY), the Council wants to prepare prospective adopters for meeting the needs of children in West Yorkshire with a plan of adoption through the use of virtual reality technology. The Contractor will provide: • a minimum of 24 virtual reality headsets to be in use at any one time. • virtual reality content which provides an understanding of the inuetro and early life experiences of children exposed to trauma and the impact this has on brain development. • additional content, which equips adoptive parents with knowledge and skills in relation to responding to the needs of children who have experienced trauma with a PACEful approach.
