Description

Bolton at Home would like to invite tenders for the provision of Mould Survey, Treatment and Associated Works Framework to Bolton at Home Group.

Bolton at Home is seeking to award a place on the framework to Service Providers that can provide the services required as outlined within the tender documents, the number of Service Providers will be a minimum of Three and a maximum of Eight.

Framework period will be 4 years.

The Framework Agreement will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) and the evaluation criteria is as follows:-

Stage 1 - Selection Questionnaire - Pass/Fail
Stage 2 - Quality inc Social Value - 60%
Stage 3 - Pricing - 40%

It is anticipated the start date for the framework will commence in May 2025.
