Description
At Alliance, we are on a cultural change journey which will take us through the next 5 years. Our "Plan A" sets out our two clear ambitions, to deliver a great customer experience and to increase the supply of housing, in order to meet our purpose of 'improving lives, benefiting communities'.
We currently have a modernisation agenda in progress and are looking to make better use of our head office facilities. Currently we utilise our head office space in a traditional way with fixed desk space a few informal hot desks and a number of meeting and training rooms. The drive within the organisation is to a more modern agile way of working, where a variety of spaces are available for staff to utilise dependant on their needs at the time. This means that a complete refresh of our working environment is required.
We want to provide a variety of working spaces designed to meet the changing needs of the organisation and we expect the delivered design to include, meeting rooms, breakout spaces, allocated and hot desks, collaborative areas and overall a working environment that fits our ethos and aims. We have for some time been working through the development of our Plan A which sets the scene for how we want to interact with and be seen by our customers and partners, and what we should be delivering. The new re-established office should support and encourage the development of our aims.
