Description of the procurement: The rights to publish, jointly with DVSA, the official editions of DVSA's resources and works, as well as The Official Highway Code in English and Welsh and The Highway Code for Northern Ireland. The customer for the Highway Code Northern Ireland will be the Driver and Vehicle Agency (DVA) an executive Agency of the Department for Infrastructure. The contracter will be required to invoice the DVA directly for their requirement.
