Description

Contract will be a JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 with modifications as set out in the contract particulars (Preliminaries, 00-20-70 and
Section 2 Contract Amendments). The Contractor will be fully responsible for the design, management, construction and refurbishment of the
Works which include the refurbishment and fit-out of Chateaubriand first floor and Link building first floor as well as the creation of a building extension connecting the two buildings.
