Description
The Authority is tendering for the provision of Christmas Light installation, maintenance, repair and takedown at
various sites across the borough. This at a high level will consist of the following -
• Testing of existing decorations and associated equipment
• Pre-season repairs to existing decorations and associated equipment
• Pull-testing of existing wall fixings and catenary wires
• Installation of Christmas lighting and decorations
• Provision of staff to support Christmas lighting 'switch-on' events
• Routine inspections of installed decorations and associated equipment
• On-site maintenance of installed decorations and associated equipment
• Emergency call-out services
• Removal and storage of decorations and associated equipment
• Update and maintenance of RBWM Christmas lighting stock inventory and catenary list
