Description

The University of Essex will be commencing a tender opportunity for the supply of different types of furniture including but not limited to office, breakout, laboratory, outdoor, reception, café / Bistro, auditorium seating and Integrated Secure ICT desking furniture.

Ahead of this tender exercise the University of Essex would like to engage with potential suppliers to discuss the proposed sourcing strategy and help refine our requirements by way of a supplier day on Wednesday the 6th February 2019.

We want to engage with the industry experts so that we can ensure this requirement is well placed when we go out to market and able to be delivered by the market.

Please note the draft specification will made available to interested suppliers.

The supplier day will take place on Wednesday the 6th February 2019 at the University of Essex Colchester campus, please confirm your attendance by registering an interest via our E-sourcing portal, Proactis (https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/Account/Login). All requests to attend must be received by 17:00 on Wednesday the 30th January 2019.

Due to the location of the Supplier Day numbers will be limited; therefore we request that attendance is restricted to a maximum of two key members of your organisation.
