Description

Your Housing Group wishes to establish a Legal Services Panel to provide legal advice and support to the business across five lots. Theselots are Development and Specialist Property Transactions (Lot 1), Sales and Routine Property Transactions (Lot 2), Corporate and Finance(Lot 3), Employment (Lot 4) and Housing Management (Lot 5). The panel will be established for two years with two optional extensionperiods of 12 months each. Expenditure across the panel will vary according to business activity. As a guide expenditure across all lots wasapproximately GBP1m in 2014-15 and GBP1.5m in 2015-16.
