Horsham District Council is looking for suppliers to provide the following software systems: Lot 1 - Environment Health & Licensing, Lot 2 - Planning & Land Charges, Lot 3 - Building control. Bidders are invited to submit for 1, 2 or 3 lots or any combination thereof. The Council is evaluating each lot on its own merits so there is the possibility of one, two or three contracts depending on the outcome of the evaluation processes.
