Description

The Facilities Management service contract currently operated for Skinners' Kent Academy Trust is due to be renewed. The services comprise of Planned & Reactive Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance, Caretaking, Cleaning, Security, Waste Management and other support services (\"the Services\") provided to the Skinners' Kent Academy and Skinners' Kent Primary School locations.

It has been agreed by the Academy that the Services will be procured under multiple contracts for the Hard & Soft FM Services
