Description
Unitas are looking to appoint two contractors to carry out central heating upgrades, these will be a mixture of boiler only and full system upgrades.
The works will be allocated using the cascading method. This means that the Contractor who is in first place following the tender evaluation will get offered all the works until they are at full capacity and then the Contractor in 2nd place will be utilised.
The contract period will be from April 2023 and is expected to run until Autumn/Winter 2023.
