Description

The Council wishes to procure a framework for the hire of a range of non-operated small plant to support an in house delivery model of highway maintenance. The service will be a top up service to supplement the Council's own small plant in times high workload, provide cover for breakdown and to supply infrequently used equipment.

The framework will have 3 lots based on District Council boundaries as follows:
• Lot 1 - South (includes South Lakeland and Barrow districts)
• Lot 2 - East (includes Eden and Carlisle districts)
• Lot 3 - West (includes Allerdale and Copeland districts)
