Via a further competition under CBC's Regen & Business Framework (Sub-lot 3.4 - Design) a consultancy firm has been appointed for the provision of urban design guidance in relation to an area masterplan and design code for a development parcel within Houghton Regis North Site 1 (Linmere). The site would represent Area 4 of the Linmere site, as shown on the plan below, which would provide approximately 1,000 dwellings.
