The purpose of this commission is to engage with a suitable Building/Civil Contractor to be the Principle Contractor, to undertake both new build and refurbishment works to our existing Police and Tolls Building, this is in the form of a single story steel frame extension, with a flat roof, and all associated Building services and finishes, the refurbishment of existing rooms into office space is also included, again incorporating all building works and finishes, including building services.
