Description
The Consumer Advice and Information (CAI) phone line service will help provide consumers in England with tailored and impartial information about how to improve the energy performance of their homes. This will include people across the digital inclusion spectrum, especially those with low digital inclusion or need more detailed advice.
The Consumer Advice and Information Call Centre service will provide a bespoke and impartial energy advice line as well as take consumers through the digital journey as it appears on the newly launched GOV.UK website.
