Description

London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) are seeking to appoint an experienced Consultant to:

• develop a bespoke Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) methodology that builds on an existing methodology developed by our sister organisation, the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC);
• carry out a pilot Post Occupancy Evaluation at the Corporation's first neighbourhood, and;
• provide a set of recommendations for the LLDC based on the analysis.

Transport for London (TfL) is conducting this procurement on behalf of the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC), who are the Contracting Authority.

TfL is issuing this Request for Quotation (RfQ) as a competitive procurement for the award of a Contract for the services detailed within the tender opportunity.
