Description
Staffordshire County Council Corporate Property team are procuring a contract for a desk booking system for Staffordshire Place 1 and 2 and Castle House
The key outcomes that the service provider must deliver are: -
o Support agile and hybrid working by facilitating desk, meeting room and other localised property bookings by asset types with a simple, easy to use web/desktop-based application.
o To provide desktop, console, web and phone application booking system which can be integrated with Microsoft outlook & teams and scalable to an organisation level in terms of numbers being able to access the applications.
o To provide comprehensive reporting by asset types to include details such as date, time booked, expired bookings and work orders.
o Ability to add new sites/buildings, floor plans, asset items and asset ID's via provided admin system.
o Ability to control and manage admin permissions and grant rights based upon users.
o Ability to start/stop bookings and auto cancel if not booked within a specific time period.
o Ability to view status of desks/meeting rooms/bookable asset, across several properties, in a floor plan/visual layout view and then select the available asset for booking.
