Kings Norton Fire Station Apartments

Unconditional offers are now invited for the freehold interest in the site.
Offers should clearly state:-
 Your financial offer for the site in pounds sterling (£);
 Proposals and any associated plans
 Conditionality, if any;
 Any further Due Diligence required;
 Proposed timetable for exchange and completion;
 Refurbishment timescales;
 Any Board approval/sanctions;
 Details of any relevant track record.
A Bid Proforma is attached, and all parties will be required to complete and return this as part of the offer submission.
Offers are to be received by no later than 12pm (noon) on Wednesday 8th September 2021.
Bids must be returned via the EU Supply portal. You are required to register on the portal
before submitting your bid. Portal access details to follow.
Please allow sufficient time for submissions to be made before the deadline. Late
submissions will not be accepted after the stated deadline has passed and the Authority
will not consider requests for extension of the time or date for responses.
Bidders should submit only such information as is requested.

Where the Bidder is a company, the response form must be signed by a duly authorised
representative of that company. In the case of a partnership, all partners should sign. The
names of all the partners should be given together with the trading name of the partnership.
In the case of a sole trader, he should sign and give his name in full together with the name
under which he is trading.
The vendors are not bound to accept either highest bid or indeed any bid, by this process. We will aim to notify the preferred bidders within two weeks following the closing date.
Separate to the sale of the apartments, WMFS can offer the car park at the rear of the apartments under a lease agreement for up to six months to assist the preferred bidder should they need additional space whilst works are carried out. A draft of the proposed lease can be found within the documents provided.
