Description

The Education and Training Foundation are seeking to appoint several associates to support work in Strand 1 of the T Level programme - the Ongoing Needs Analysis.
The appointed Professional Development Advisors (PDAs) will play a key role in identifying and supporting the development needs of the 2021 providers who will deliver T Level qualifications. The role is to develop a trusted relationship with the provider at all levels to gain an accurate and in-depth understanding of their workforce capacity and capability needs to deliver these qualifications.
The PDA will visit each provider in their caseload every term for the duration of this project (visit 1 September-December 2019, visit 2 January-February 2020) and will complete a report based on their discussions and observations after each visit. The report will help to inform ETF's programme planning. After the initial visit, the PDA will support the provider to develop an organisational action plan in relation their specific needs.
