Grant award for the First Step Fund

The grant will fund the development of a Network for ex-service personnel (NESP) and is a joint initiative between HMPPS CFO and MCTC Colchester. The primary aim of the grant is to improve referral and information links between MCTC Colchester and the mainstream prison estate, as well as building community links for individuals released without supervision requirements.
