Please quote to supply the Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust with the stated item for a period of 2 years from 01/11/2017.
Currently we are only able to accept quotes for the described item as it is used with equipment already used in the Trust. Please quote for the stated item ONLY.
Quantity stated is approx. p.a. based on historical usage and is a guide of future requirements. Items will be ordered as & when required for specific procedures.
Prices offered will be benchmarked using NHS Improvement PPIB tool to ensure we pay the best price. We expect to be offered prices in line with other NHS Trusts.
Prices offered are to be fixed for the 2 years of the contract. If this is not possible you MUST STATE the period you are able to fix the prices offered in notes. If NO PERIOD IS STATED we will assume prices can be fixed.
