Description

Staffordshire Moorlands District Council (SMDC) wish to appoint a suitably experienced and competent contractor to deliver repairs and refurbishment works to 9 industrial/commercial units bringing the units up to a lettable standard. The units area situated at Leekbrook and Town Yard in Leek, Staffordshire.

The contract will initially be for completion in 8 wks for the identified units, on satisfactory performance the Council will extend this upto 1 yr in total to provide future ad-hoc services for any additional site in need of repair for re-let.
