Description

Noke Shot development site is a former garage site owned by St Albans City & District Council (SADC).

The garages have been partially demolished and a planning application has been submitted to develop 3 homes on the site.

This invitation to tender is for the complete removal of the remaining concrete hard standing which once formed part of the garage bases, top strip of the asphalt topping and made ground, plus enabling works to facilitate the future development of the site.

Tender returns should be submitted via the Supply Hertfordshire portal by 12:00 on 25th January 2019.

All Site visits must be concluded by 18th January 2019
