Description

Portsmouth City Council uses Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 for Finance and HCM (HR, HR Self-Service and Payroll). You are invited to submit a quotation for the provision of the following EBS developments as per the attached functional specification documents:

Paperless Direct Debit
Email AR invoice and statements

Evaluation Criteria:

1. Oracle R12 Financials and HCM Development Experience (pass / fail)

• You must be able to demonstrate at least 5 years of experience of delivering developments on Financials, HR, HR Self Service and Payroll on Oracle EBS.
• You must demonstrate at least 3 projects on which you were the lead developer on R12 Financials or HCM development for a Local Government customer.
• Provide 2 Local Government references for EBS development for Financials development.
• Provide CVs for any staff you intend to deploy on our initial requirements

2. Price
• Please complete the 'EBS Finance Development Quote Matrix' document to show quotes for the immediate published requirements and ongoing daily rates.
• Our preference is for work delivered on-site. Although off-site working is possible, it must be undertaken using a PCC supplied device and VPN connection for security reasons.
• Please provide quotes for each of the immediate requirements. Please show fixed price or daily rate options where you can. Price should be listed on an individual item basis but please show any price breaks available for multiple items. Please include details of any price breaks offered on daily rates for future items based on a quantity of days' work.

Please provide a quote exclusive of VAT.
