Description

Welcome to this Procurement which is being managed by Crown Commercial Service on behalf of Department for Transport.

This Procurement will establish a Contract for the provision of an Events Management for Sustainable Accessible Travel stakeholder engagement events.

Department for Transport (DfT) require a sole supplier to provide Event Management services to maximise on the delivery and impact of the Sustainable Transport Transitional Year Revenue fund as well as the Access fund.

To achieve this a series of events will be carried out for 2016/17 on topics related to Sustainable Travel. This is an ongoing requirement for Department for Transport and therefore having a consistent suppler for a 3 year period (3+1) will enable the department to work with the supplier, develop understanding and provide successful outcomes.

The maximum contract value for this requirement is circa £80k over a 4 year period (3+1).

Potential Providers must first be registered on the Crown Commercial Service e-Sourcing Suite in order to respond to the Procurement. If you have not yet registered on the e-Sourcing Suite, this can be done online at https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk by following the link 'Register for CCS e-Sourcing'.

The dead line for expressing an interest in the event is 14:00 hrs Friday 19th August 2016.

Crown Commercial Service will then process your registration and assign your organisation to the opportunity. The registered user will receive a notification email to alert them once this has been done.

The deadline for clarification questions is 22nd August 2016 at 12:00hrs.
The deadline for tender submission is 2nd September 2016 at 10:00hrs.

It is advised however that Potential Providers register as soon as practically possible in order to receive the Invitation to Tender and have a sufficient amount of time to respond. Crown Commercial Service is not able to offer any extensions to the advertised procurement timetable.
