Description

The Council is responsible for the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of Public conveniences within their district.

The Works comprise the demolition of internal walls of the toilet block ensuring the structure is still sound and stable. To remove and dispose from site, all debris along with fixtures and fittings with exception of those items mentioned in the Scope and Specification.
