Description

The South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA) seeks to engage a contractor who is able to provide quality legal services and advice with particular expertise in planning and local government legislation and issues (Lot 1). The contract also includes the duties of The Monitoring Officer which is a statutory appointment pursuant to Section 5 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (Lot 2).
