Description

Scientific Capital Equipment for APHA - Purchase of a immuno-magnetic bead retriever system (IMS) that will be used to perform isolations of zoonotic organisms from laboratory samples. The system should be directly comparable to the existing Dynal automated immuno-magnetic bead retreiver system that is used to detect E. coli O157 bacteria, as the new purchase will provide contingency for the existing bead retriever.
