***THIS PIN NOTICE IS TO NOTIFY SUPPLIERS OF A POTENTIAL UPCOMING REQUIREMENT THAT WILL BE ADVERTISED USING THE CCS RM3824 HEAT NETWORKS AND ELECTRICITY GENERATION ASSETS DPS, PLEASE SEE THE LOT AND FILTER OPTIONS BELOW THAT WILL APPLY TO THIS OPPOTUNITY***
Lot - Lot 1: Service 1 (Technical) > Energy Efficiency in Buildings > Project Value £1m - £5m
This potential opportunity will consist of three lots covering the following areas:
The contractor for Lot 1 will be required to publish, introduce, and maintain the latest version of SAP and RdSAP 10. They will be responsible for maintenance and development of the two databases where manufacturers submit the specific performance data for their products for inclusion in SAP calculations, the Product Characteristic Database (PCDB) and Appendix Q databases. Further work specified within the contract includes maintenance and development of the Occupancy Assessment Methodology (OAM) on the Simple Energy Advice website and Green Deal scheme and website maintenance for improved accuracy on the SEA website.
The contractor for Lot 2 will be responsible for the maintenance of third party produced SAP software, certifying eight assessor schemes software for use to produce Energy Performance Certificates.
A separate contractor for Lot 3 will be responsible for the quality assurance of the SAP model and will monitor and evaluate the contractor for work specified above. They will also be responsible for the running of independent groups, the SAP Industry Forum (SAPIF) and SAP Scientific Integrity Group (SAPSIG).
