Description
Waltham Forest CCG agreed to fund a single 2-way SMS texting messaging service.
A key benefit of this service is to enable practices to send appointment reminders and notifications to patients and to enable patients to automatically cancel appointments from their mobile phone. Smart App to enable patients to use the services for online booking, access to medical record and ordering of medication. In addition to the above, the service should have provision for commissioners and practices to run reports and monitor SMS usage.
