Description

Homes in Sedgemoor is seeking a professional contractor for rainwater goods clearance and maintenance and solar panel cleaning services across its portfolio of approximately 4,200 homes. The contractor should utilise high-reach equipment for most tasks, eliminating the need for scaffolding and minimising durations of working at height.
Any maintenance or remediation work should be limited to low-risk, short-duration tasks that can be safely performed using ladder access with appropriate risk mitigation measures. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for cleaning solar panels and removing debris from any anti-nesting barriers
