Description

This contract is part of the Seaham Townscape Heritage Project, to appoint a contractor to undertake a Public Realm Improvement Schemes at Seaham Town Centre. The Public Realm Improvement Scheme includes work to South Terrace leading to South Crescent. Durham County Council (DCC) secured a grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund for the Seaham Townscape Heritage Project.
