Description

On behalf of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, Be First Regeneration Ltd is pleased to invite you to tender for the Demolition, Site Clearance and Preparation of the properties forming 64 - 68 Church Street inclusive of the vacant plot that was formerly occupied by properties forming 58 - 62 Church Street, Dagenham, Essex RM10 9XA. The area has been vacant for some time and the plots that the houses and gardens occupied have become overgrown. The client requires the successful Tenderer to demolish the three properties down to the underside of foundations, clear the site of all trees, vegetation and topsoil to a depth of 150mm, the works shall also include removing and disposing of the existing hoardings and securing the site with new demolition grade hoarding and the protection to the party walls of adjoining properties.
