The Client, NY Highways Limited, wishes to award a Works Order through the Carriageway Planing & Surfacing Contractors Framework 2020 (CPSCF2020) agreement under Lot 4 for A30011 Area 3 & Area 4 Joint R&R Package 2223. The selection procedure being followed is the Further Competition procedure.
