Description

Great Yarmouth Borough Council (GYBC) is seeking to instruct a suitably qualified and experienced Business Planner for its Winter Gardens Heritage Horizon project, to support the Council through the Development Stage and RIBA Work Stages RIBA 2 & 3, engagement and negotiation with the end users, operators, preparation of the commercial business case and facility operating model, preparation of the application for approval into the National Heritage Lottery Fund Delivery Stage.
