Contract to deliver and manage the maintenance of Central Bedfordshire Councils In House Fleet.

Tender process - OJEU 'OPEN'
This tender is split into two lots.
Lot 1 - North - This lot covers the North area of Central Bedfordshire and includes Biggleswade, Ampthill, Sandy and Bedford. These are the main areas but should not be considered an inclusive list.
Number of vehicles covered by this lot at the time of tender is 43. Vehicle range from car derived vans through to welfare vehicles with tail lifts/ramps and agricultural machinery.
Lot 2 - South - This lot cover the South area of Central Bedfordshire and includes Dunstable, Houghton Regis and Leighton Buzzard. These are the main areas but should not be considered an inclusive list.
Number of vehicles covered by this lot at the time of tender is 21. Vehicles range from car derived vans through to welfare vehicles with tail lifts/ramps and agricultural machinery.
Lots will be awarded separately though bidders can apply for both Lots. There are 2 separate pricing schedules for each Lot
The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the Tender process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.

Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via our \"In-tend\" electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the \"My Return\" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.
Your Tender must be submitted via the In-tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on 22/02/2018. Tenders received after that time will be excluded.
