- Covered Walkways connecting lower and upper school buildings to the new Teaching Block
- Year 1 Classroom by extending an existing space in the lower school main building

The successful Contractor will be appointed under the JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractors Design 2016 (ICD 16) as amended by the Employers Special Conditions
