Description

King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, through King's Interventional Facilities Management (KFM), has awarded a contract for the provision of a desktop asset valuation of its properties for financial reporting purposes. The valuation will cover three key sites: King's College Hospital (Denmark Hill), Princess Royal University Hospital (Orpington), and Orpington Hospital, reflecting a valuation date of 31st March 2025, 2026 and 2027.
