Description

De Montfort University are looking to undertake the refurbishment of Ground Floor Male, Female and Accessible Toilets in Clephan Building.

The works comprise of the refurbishment of the existing ground floor male, female and accessible toilets. Works include the replacement of sanitary fittings and wash hand basins, IPS and vanity units, wall tiles, floor coverings, suspended ceilings, lighting, grab rails, mirrors and hand dryers. Also, all areas are to be fully decorated.
